Transformation begins quietly, then all at once.

ETHOS DEFINED
We’re not here to fit your project into a formula.
At Les Alchemistes, we approach every client as a creative process: strategic where needed, intuitive where it matters, and always guided by what feels true.

We support people who care deeply about what they do, but need clarity, direction, or structure to do it well—without losing their voice. There is no one-size-fits-all here. Sometimes we’re partners in execution, sometimes we’re space-holders for difficult decisions, and sometimes we’re there to name what others won’t.
We bring sharp thinking, creative skill, and emotional intelligence to the parts of your work that feel messy or undefined—until they aren’t.

Noémie Ojumah is a co-founder of Les Alchemistes and a lifelong entrepreneur, having launched her first ventures in her teens.
Her deep love for visual arts shapes how she approaches art direction: by developing visual concepts that translate a person’s story into something clear, compelling, and uniquely theirs.
She’s especially drawn to helping people express their essence in ways that feel honest and powerful. For Noémie, Les Alchemistes is rooted in a lifelong pull toward transformation—an alchemic instinct to make things better.
She draws inspiration from time in nature, gentle connection with animals, and the quiet beauty of observation.

Christel Morvan (also known as Nesisart) is a multidisciplinary artist and visual storyteller at Les Alchemistes.
Her practice spans illustration, graphic design, motion, and projection art, often integrating AR/VR to create immersive, layered experiences. She draws from symbolism, myth, surrealism, and science fiction to shape visual narratives that resonate across mediums.
Christel has brought her unique vision to stages including Ancienne Belgique and TEDxBrussels—where she created large-scale, synchronized projections for performances like Ogentroost and SOMA, based on Aldous Huxley’s Brave New World.
When she’s not crafting visual worlds, she’s usually in the kitchen—baking, cooking, or simply savoring the act of sharing a good meal.
